Hi, my name is Lee Conway and I live here with my beautiful wife of 34 years Lisa. Together we’ve raised 8 amazing children and as of today, we have 7 gorgeous grandchildren. It could be eight tomorrow, I’ll keep you posted.

I have more than forty years of diverse experience in food service production, marketing, and restaurant business management.

I’ve opened new restaurants, fixed broken ones and owned my own as well. I’ve built and sold successful catering companies. I have been a Head Chef, a General Manager and a Director of Culinary Services for hotels, health care, catering companies and restaurants.
I have learned how to be successful at self-owned, self-operated and third party contracted management companies.
